1. Production lead time
The delivery cycle begins after the deposit payment and confirmation of samples/artworks.
-Standard bulk order: 25 natural days
-Urgent orders: can be provided upon request, additional fees apply
The production time does not include international transportation time.
2. Shipping method
We support multiple shipping options based on your order quantity and destination country/region:
-Sea freight: most suitable for large orders, most cost-effective, and longer transportation time
-Air freight: suitable for small/urgent batch orders, with faster delivery
-Express delivery (DHL/FedEx/UPS): used for sample or trial orders
We can transport the goods to your designated freight forwarder in China or arrange door-to-door delivery.
3. Freight charges
The shipping cost depends on the total weight, volume, destination port/address, and mode of transportation.
Freight is quoted separately and is not included in the product unit price unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Shipping documents
We will provide complete export customs clearance documents:
Commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading/airway bills, and product testing certificates
(CE, EN71, ASTM, etc., if required).
5. Delivery risk and customs
-The import tariffs, value-added tax, and local customs clearance fees in your country will be borne by the buyer.
-The buyer is responsible for local customs clearance and compliance with local import regulations.
-We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, natural disasters, or carrier issues.
6. Order tracking
After the goods are shipped, we will send you a tracking number or a copy of the bill of lading for you to monitor the shipping status.
